Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. Your order is carefully picked and packed. Should you receive an order with an error, please note that we will try our utmost correct the error. Please don't fret, just call or email us, and we will find a solution.
Yarns and items sent in error or defective items may be returned for full credit or replacement. We will absorb all shipping costs in such instances.
If your order was filled correctly, including agreed upon colors on telephone orders, we will gladly accept returns of unused and undamaged items within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns beyond this time due to the constraints of dye-lots and seasonal products. Merchandise in sealed packaging must be returned unopened, and all returned items must be in new, unused condition, in their original packaging. There are no refunds on shipping and handling costs on correctly filled orders.
We are sorry, but we cannot accept returns for books, patterns, needles or clearance and final sale items. Sale of books, patterns, needles, magazines and sale/discounted items are FINAL. Clearance and final sale items are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.
Custom and special orders are also not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges. Any policies and conditions for return or exchange on custom and special orders will be confirmed and agreed upon by you, the artist and/or Handicraft Café at the time the order is placed.
